Upper House Xi'an is planned within Taikoo Li Xi'an near the historic Small Wild Goose Pagoda, linking contemporary hospitality with one of China's great former capitals. The project combines architecture by Shigeru Ban with interiors by LAYAN, within a larger cultural and retail precinct. Swire Hotels expects the property to open in 2028, subject to the development timetable.
