Didier Jardin

Didier Jardin entered hospitality at 15, washing dishes at a hotel in Lourdes before completing a Food and Beverage apprenticeship and working in restaurants in France and England. He joined Four Seasons Resort Maui in 1994 as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. His subsequent career included leadership appointments in the United States, French Polynesia, Mauritius, Egypt, Kuwait and the Maldives before his appointment in Bali, combining city hotel and resort experience.
