Jisoo Chon
Jisoo Chon joined The Peninsula Chicago in 2008 as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and went on to lead the department. In 2014 he transferred to Shanghai as Executive Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage, becoming Resident Manager the following year. He studied hospitality at Glion and completed courses in Strategic Hospitality Management and Strategic Marketing for Hotels and Restaurants at Cornell University.
