Ronan Henaff trained at École hôtelière de Lausanne before developing his career in Food and Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton in California and New York. His responsibilities included opening Atelier at The Ritz-Carlton Central Park South and restaurant operations at St. Regis Monarch Beach.
