Sjefke Jansen

Sjefke Jansen began his hotel career as a kitchen trainee in Germany in 1983, before becoming Assistant Restaurant Manager in Sydney in 1989. He subsequently worked in restaurant management in Cape Town and Food and Beverage leadership in Riyadh and at Raffles Singapore, where he oversaw a substantial restaurant portfolio. His first General Manager assignment came at The Oberoi Mauritius in 2006, followed by senior leadership positions at Belmond Grand Hotel Europe and Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta.
